The floorplan can easily accommodate large or extended families with multiple living areas, lots of seating, and a big light and airy kitchen. The huge game room with vaulted ceilings at the top of the house has a wall of windows to let in the beautiful views of Lake of the Lilies and also leads out to the upper deck.
Sleeps 8+ guests, 3+ cars and up to 2 dogs
In addition to the 4 bedrooms that comfortably sleep 8 (2 king, 1 queen, bunk + trundle) we also have a sofa bed(queen) & air mattress if you want to spread out. Even the cars can rest easy with parking for 3 on the stone pavers in front plus additional free parking on the street. There are also plenty of spots for up to 2 non-shedding well behaved dogs to take a snooze.

As of summer 2021, there is a new gas grill, teak table, chairs & cantilever for dining in the backyard. Also there is a gas fire pit surrounded by 6 Adirondack chairs. On the upper deck there is a new sofa, loungers and 2 small chairs/table.
Private Beach
House comes with 8 beach passes to a private lifeguarded beach (Carter Ave./Elizabeth Ave Beach) just 2 blocks (5 minute) walk away. We have chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart and sand toys for your use.
Lake of the Lilies
Enjoy the swans, cranes, ducks and other wild birds that call this bird sanctuary their home.
