House Suitability

 

Pets: Up to 2 non-shedding and well behaved dogs are welcome. There is a pet fee of $200 per dog.  

No smoking.

Only persons 25 or older may sign a rental contract with us.  No prom weekend requests please.

Stairs:   Stairs are needed to get into the house in the front and in the back. There are also about 5 steps between house levels.

Cleaning & Sanitizing / Linens:  The house is professionally cleaned prior to each guest arrival. Guests can provide their own bath towels and bed linens.  We provide pillows and plenty of blankets. We can also provide freshly laundered towels & linens we can accommodate for a fee of $250.
