This recently renovated 4 bedroom / 4 bath 3100 sq. foot house in Point Pleasant Beach is the perfect place to relax and have a fun filled vacation at the New Jersey Shore. The floorplan can easily accommodate large or extended families with multiple living areas, lots of seating, and a big light and airy kitchen. The huge game room with vaulted ceilings at the top of the house has a wall of windows to let in the beautiful views of Lake of the Lilies and also leads out to the upper deck.

In addition to the 4 bedrooms that comfortably sleep 8 (2 king, 1 queen, bunk + trundle) we also have a sofa bed(queen) & air mattress if you want to spread out. Even the cars can rest easy with parking for 3 on the stone pavers in front plus additional free parking on the street. There are also plenty of spots for up to 2 non-shedding well behaved dogs to take a snooze.

House comes with 8 beach passes to a private lifeguarded beach (Carter Ave./Elizabeth Ave Beach) just 2 blocks (5 minute) walk away. We have chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart and sand toys for your use.
